Lany's Belated Birthday

One of my beloved course mate - Lany is celebrating her birthday today. Her birthday is actually fall on the 15th June but everyone are busying with our exams and tests so we just celebrate with her during our holiday.

Anyway, since we are going down to the city, we go over the new apple store to have a look. Wow~ it's seriously awesome. According to Kyloon, it's the second biggest apple store in the world. The building is pretty cool. I like the building made up of glasses but the main entrance was cracked on the second day of opening. We are guessing that it's done by the Microsoft Company. *Laughing aloud* Just joking~~

After that, we head to Pancake On The Rock in Circular Quay for the dinner. There are almost 20 of us celebrating with her. I guess she would be very happy today. I get to meet lot of new friends as well but not all. Here come the pictures...

I am shopping girl today!

After exams and recover from my sickness, finally it's time for me to shopping. Jocelyn and I head to city to shopping. Sales are everywhere. ArhhHHhh~~ So Happy~~ Our first destination is definitely TEMT! That is both of our favourite shop. Clothes there are so cheap and pretty. I get 3 clothes for about AUD35 only. How can I get such bargain back in Malaysia for 3 pretty clothes?

After that, SES is our second destination. Wow~~ I get 3 pieces for myself again with AUD 35. ArhHHhhH~~ I am so happy~~ lallalLalla~~ After the shops, we go for the Indian Malaysian food. That is just so nice which I never expect from. I like the curry lamb seriously.

Then, what else can we do after lunch? SHOP AGAIN OF COURSE!! We head to Valley Girls this time. But I can't get any for myself anymore as it's just enough for me today. I have spend about AUD70 already. On our way to China town, we found that there is free coffee available. I definitely going to get one for myseld. *smile*

Next, we head to Market City in China Town. Esprit and Dotti are the last two shops we are going for. Our legs start to get pain already. *haha* After that, we just go to Central and catch a bus back home for dinner. Both of us "pok kai" (no more money) already, so we just go back and cook dinner for ourselves. Pity us. *Muahaha*

P/S: So "siok" (happy) being a shopping girl today!

Hokkien Mee

Jocelyn cooks Hokkien Mee today for us. Yippie~ It so delicious though. Although I couldn't help much on the cooking, I still bring over some eggs and vegetables to add some thing for the Hokkien Mee. However, they are run out of the "mee" (noodle), they add in some spagettie instead. *HahHHAHaHhAha* Luckily it doesn't taste weird at the end.

Busy Day

I wake up early today for DFO (Direct Factory Outlet) in Homebush, for shopping in short. *Muahaha* There are 5 of us going for DFO - Cheng Hiang, Jocelyn, Ju Bee, Darren and Gee. As four of us have finished our exams and Chang Hiang is off today, so we go for shopping today.

We stop by Burwood for our lunch (Jocelyn's brunch I guess :P) - Dim Sum. I have never try out the Dim Sum in Australia, that's why Jocelyn wants to bring me to have a try. *smile* All of us are so satisfy with this meal as it's so yummy delicious and cheap.

After that, we head back to Randwick to prepare a surprise birthday party for Ju Bee's housemates - Christina. Oh~ the cake they prepare for her is so nice and delicious. Although it is during exam period, there are still some of them try to turn up for the birthday celebration. Therefore, after we give her a surprise, we go to a Thai Restaurant and threat her for the dinner. She looks tired for her exams. Anyway, hope that she could have a happy birthday today. *smile* But too bad I didn't have any photo with me. *Sigh*

After the birthday celebration, I am going to clubbing as well. There are so many activities keep following me. Since it's my first time going to clubbing and it's my first time have my clubbing in Sydney too - Homes. So, might as well just enjoy it. *smile* As I am rushing out of time, I make the others late and they have been waiting for me for a long time. Feel so sorry guys.

Free From Examsss!!!

Finally... IT IS 4.00PM OF 20 JUNE 2008!! I AM FREE!! Legal is my final paper. Finally... FInally... FINALLY... So we catch for a movie tonight for celebration - SEX AND THE CITY.

Ju Bee, Lany, Jocelyn and I head to city to meet up others in the Starbar. This is the first time I try out steak as my dinner because the steak they offered are quite cheap and it looks quite delicious. Besides, they actually have a cute thing which use to call up the people for their food.

This thing would be flashing when the foods are ready and then the people will go get their food at the counter. How cute is it huh?

After that, we go to Greater Union to watch the movie. The Sex and the City is not bad though as they are actually about three hours movie. Besides, the Greater Union is quite a cool cinema as they have lots of cutie snacks, drinks and junk foods for the people to self-service themselves.

How I pass over my first semester examinations? Eat, Study, Bath, Study, Eat, Study, Eat, Toilet and Study. How boring is it huh?? I am so under pressured during the whole week of my study break. I am going to get insane. Besides, I am having 4 subjects in a roll. OMG!! Luckily I have lot of people supporting me from behind - family, friends and coursemates.

Uncle Tong and his wife are so supportive for me. They even send over Hokkien Mee and Curry Mee for me during my study break How kind they are? Awh~~ Both of them are so delicious. Thank you so much uncle and auntie.

End of Semester One

Finally, it comes to the end of my semester 1 in UNSW. Oh My God~~ It's week 12 already!!! Exams are coming soon. *Sigh* Times fly~~~ However, I will miss the time I have spent with my coursemates. Gambateh for the finals mates!!!
